The carnival provided plenty of activities, including a tubing night, club race, and farewell banquet. The banquet theme was "mad hatters", so we naturally made crowns as the "kings" of Prussia. We had three beautiful sunny days to enjoy Telluride's spectacular views before getting some powder late in the week. In addition to skiing and boarding, we had a number of mixers, which featured Diane's outrageous no-hands tennis ball and cucumber relay games.

The town of Telluride itself is an old mining outpost with lots of history to explore. The iconic Sheridan Hotel has been returned to its former glory, and nestled in the box canyon are many Victorian-era houses, providing lots of photo opportunities.
