Kitten

My new kitten was the first live subject for me new camera; a good thing since it would've been hard to keep up otherwise. I used the automatic sports mode for these, though it's choice of f1.4 meant most of the shots were out of focus since there wasn't enough depth of field. Using continuous shooting was great for the action, though - you get the occasional perfect moment. Except for the one with the mouse, all the lighting was a bit harsh and adjusted with Picasa's warmify function. I think this is because they were shot mid-morning and mid-afternoon when cooler, whiter light called for a different while balance setting.
