I'm being told that ING will not offer direct connect, will not carryover existing bill pays scheduled for after 12/7 and will not carryover vendor information. They seem to be determined to drive us away.

I'm moving to a regional bank that offers direct connect and free bill pay. I understand Chase does also nationwide. They offered $100 for a new account if I had direct deposit, which I don't. I'm sure there are others.
