The guys there are very helpful and not pushy at all. I had a similar issue where a part was taken a while to get there and they hooked me up with a "loaner" part to keep riding while the part came in. These guys are also active in biking events around the area and saw a few of them at Guy's Neshaminay XC race last weekend.
